The Chess Piece

This morning, I've finished an intense chat with a friend, she is good woman for a general, a good employee and I can't blame her for what happens. We talked about a half an hour a very intense chat and I got "what the hell ?" impression from her.I think the main problem was her role. In a chess she is a rook, her job made her that way. She must defend what her master whatever happen. My role ? I'm a knight, I need a special requirement before I can be used to slap someone's face. In a chess pieces grade I was higher, but in she have some requirement I need to obtain before I do my job.
